DELIVERY COSTS:
- All orders placed on our website have a fixed cost of 4.90 euros.
For purchases of 50 euros or more, delivery costs are free.
- Delivery costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information on the payment page.
All our orders have a tracking number provided by La Poste Colissimo / ColiColi / Colis Privé

PROCESSING TIMES:
- For our order processing times, please allow 1 to 2 business days.
DELIVERY TIMES:
- All our orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days once your order has been processed.
MISSING ITEM:
- In case your order or part of your order has not been delivered, please wait 24-48 hours longer than the estimated delivery time. After this period, please send us an email at the following address: contact@votreboutique.com.
Our team undertakes to reply to you within 24 hours.
Returns & Exchanges:
At YOUR BRAND, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you don't encounter any surprises when you receive our products.
We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Order cancellation policy:
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site.
Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever, please send us an email at XXXX@XXXX.com as soon as possible.
A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No request for cancellation of your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.
Address error:
It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of this address and to contact us quickly to specify a modification. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).
In these latter cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not systematically.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund for your order minus shipping costs or we will offer you a re-shipment, depending on your choice.
You are not eligible for re-shipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.
Return Policy:

Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your products.

Sign it then send it with your package to the address that we will indicate to you when you write to our support.
